1-Get in contact with me through the contact page or call, text or WhatsApp so we can schedule your Assessment and Planning Session.
2-You'll then come in to the studio for your Assessment and Planning Session where we'll take a full inventory of what you want to accomplish, your history, perform an in depth movement assessment and use all this information to determine exactly what we need to do reach your goals and get the most out of our training sessions.
3-We will schedule all your sessions at a frequency of 2 or 3 sessions per week so you can have the best personal training experience.
